Biography
Mr. Woodall is a seasoned litigator recognized by his peers as one of "The Best Lawyers In The Bay Area." After graduating with honors (magna cum laude) from the University of San Francisco Law School in 1995, Mr. Woodall served in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps where he successfully represented clients during numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary hearings and administrative hearings. A couple of years later, Mr. Woodall represented the United States and U.S. Navy as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney prevailing during multiple jury trials involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues.

For the next 10 years, Mr. Woodall obtained excellent results for clients in Foley & Lardner LLP's Labor and Employment Practice Group, including 7 years as a Senior Counsel and Partner. At Foley & Lardner LLP, he focused on wage and hour, wrongful termination, protected leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, labor disputes, workplace violence and safety, and general commercial litigation issues. Mr. Woodall achieved favorable results for his clients during jury trials, labor arbitrations, appellate matters, and proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, DFEH and Department of Labor. Many of his cases involved complex matters, including wage and hour and consumer class actions.
